If your computer is not working as it should be and you suspect that there is a fault with its hardware, then why not contact us for help.

We repair most makes of computers and at very competitive rates.

Most PC's are bought for a hefty price and with a warranty that is only valid for 1 year. When that warranty runs out many home users have no advice or help and have to pay premium rates to the company they bought their PC's from.

If you require us to change all of this, the repair service will not only allow us to diagnose the fault with your PC but to also rectify it in the process, if it appears that there is a faulty part (or parts) through the initial diagnostics, then we can either advise on the part to be replaced or obtain and fit the part for you!

At Procyss not only do we present you an outstanding and excellent value for money service, but we will answer any queries you may have and advice you on how best to minimise future problems.

A fixed call out rate of £40 in the Flintshire area which includes the first 2 hours of work. We then charge a standard rate of £15 an hour thereafter.

Obviously we try our best to solve every problem as quickly as possible and most of the time we can resolve restore a PC back to full health within the first two hours!

We currently operate on evenings and weekends, trying to do most of our call outs on Saturdays. However we like to try to remain flexible, so if you have a specific time that is most convenient for you or you would prefer us to just pick up your PC and return it once we have fixed it then by all means get in touch with us and we can arrange something.
